Ultima Compact makes immediate impact
Parkland International’s new Ultima Compact range of slitter rewinders has seen an immediate order from a Lancashire based packaging company.
The Ultima Compact, launched at the end of November is the fruit of a year long search for Parkland in finding suitable overseas component suppliers. The result is a high-specification and cost-effective solution with prices starting at just £68,000*.
The two models, the Ultima Compact 1300 and 1600 are high performance slitter rewinders and designed to process web widths of 1300mm and 1600mm respectively with a maximum speed of 450m/min.
Standard features include; Shaftless Unwind, Air Differential Rewind, Auto Unwind & Rewind Tension Controls, Razor-in-Air & Pneumatic Rotary Shear Knives, Digital Line & Edge Guiding System, Rewind Laser Core Positioning and much more. All models are equipped with market leading technology and comply with all the latest Health & Safety and CE Regulations.
