PARKLAND INTERNATIONAL / ASHE CONVERTING EQUIPMENT AGREEMENT…

Friday, September 18th, 2015

Parkland International is pleased to announce that an agreement has been reached with Ashe Converting Equipment. Ashe will represent and sell Parkland’s range of Core Cutting Machines worldwide through their existing sales network.

Ashe will promote the full range of Parkland Core Cutters from manual through to fully automatic models supported by the existing Parkland International sales network.

Managing Director; John Godbold commented that we met Peter Kelly, Managing Director of Parkland International at the ICE 2015 exhibition and was then introduced to Parkland Director, Damian Kelly. Following on from discussions at the show it became apparent that Ashe could work very well with Peter and Damian and the staff at Parkland with the promotion and sales of their equipment. We intend to sell Core Cutters along with our range of Slitting and Rewinding equipment in the same manner that we sell and promote our Slitters and Rewinders now and with Parkland’s help we will exhibit their equipment at all the major exhibitions we attend worldwide.

Parkland International will also continue to sell their range of machines through their existing sales network. Peter Kelly adds “once we had met with John and Ashe it quickly became apparent that there was a synergy between our two company’s strategies. The opportunity to increase our exposure in the Core Cutting Machine markets meant an agreement was reached swiftly”.

We look forward to a long fruitful agreement with Ashe Converting Equipment, its Directors, management and employees.

LINTEC CHOOSE PARKLAND TO ASSIST GROWTH PLAN…

Tuesday, July 21st, 2015

Leading European supplier of pressure sensitive films Lintec Graphic Films has again chosen Parkland International as supplier for their latest round of investment in converting equipment.

Due to expansion, new equipment will be provided and scheduled to coincide with a move in to a purpose built facility in the summer of 2015. Managing Director Andy Voss comments “due to increased sales in specialist synthetic label stock, our current building was somewhat restrictive and we needed a facility that matched our growth plan. Having worked with Parkland for many years it made it an obvious choice when selecting a supplier for our new equipment”.

Lintec will add to their existing Parkland equipment with a SM150 Duplex Centre Winder and a TC35 Series R Automatic Core Cutting Machine.

The SM150 (Series I & II) is a popular choice for full width slitting of a wide range of films, laminates, label stock and paper and is available in two versions.

The Parkland TC35 Series R is an automatic machine that is ideal for customers looking for a high quality, accurate finish with a minimum amount of operator input. Additional automatic features, quick and easy settings for different core diameters and wall thicknesses and the ability to cut both cardboard and plastic cores, makes this model ideal for the medium to high volume user. Optional core loading systems can be added at point of sale or retrospectively for full automation to give a continuous cutting cycle.
