Oscillating Trim Winders

A separate, DC variable torque, motor drives each winder and is connected to an expanding core chuck. This allows a core to be locked onto the shaft quickly and easily. The chuck has the facility to oscillate or not by selecting either option on the control console. This facility allows narrow trims to be spool wound for stability or straight wound for wide trims. Roller guides are provided to transport the edge trimmed material. Also having independent controls for start, stop, tension and oscillation all mounted in an independent control console.
