The company is located in a modern, well-equipped factory in Bury situated approximately 15 kilometres north of Manchester, having excellent access to the National Motorway Network and Manchester International Airport.</p><p>Parkland specialises in three main product ranges of machinery namely Slitting Machines, converting machinery and slitter rewinders. These products have been and are currently being supplied to both the UK and Export markets.</p><p>All Slitting Machines are made to order from a range of standard designs which are modular in construction. This allows the customer to select the features they require adding onto the basic model type, in order to produce either simple or sophisticated Slitting Machines specifically for their material and production requirements.</p> <p>The whole range of slitting techniques is available i.e. rotary shear, cold crush cut, hot roller crush cut and either razor-in-air, razor-in-groove slitting or slitter rewinders.</p> <p>All Slitting Machines have a variety of control system options, automatic knife setting, digital knife setting, air differential rewind shafts, laser core positioning and material handling equipment at the unwind and rewind sections.</p><p>Type TC10 &amp; TC20 Manual and TC35 Automatic converting machinery are manufactured in batches for stock and assembled to customer order. Painting and powder coating all static parts including guards attain a high quality finish whilst all mechanical parts (for slitter rewinders amongst other products) where practical are electroplated for corrosion resistance.
